Loup Power District has promoted Joe Noyd to electrical/mechanical technician.
In his new role, Noyd will maintain and repair equipment at the Columbus and Monroe Powerhouses.
Noyd joined Loup in 2013 as a plant pperator at the Columbus Powerhouse. He was named powerhouse maintenance technician in 2020.
Noyd is a graduate of Schuyler Central High School. He earned an Associate of Applied Science in building construction from Southeast Community College.
He and his wife, Amanda, have three children: Nolan, Reeyce, and Kyle.
