Shari Cromwell has been promoted to Customer Billing Coordinator at Loup Power District.
In her new role, she is responsible for reviewing and processing all of the District’s billings; coordinating readings, billings, and delinquencies; reconciling District meter inventory; and assisting staff and customers with inquiries.
Cromwell joined Loup in 2014 as Customer Service Representative at the Columbus General Office. In 2017, she was promoted to Lead Customer Service Representative and stayed in that position until this promotion.
Cromwell is a graduate of Monroe High School. She and her husband, John, are the parents of two married children: Austin (Paige) Cromwell and Aiden (Jennifer) Cromwell. Aiden and Jennifer have two children, Drake and Gwendolyn.
