Devon Borchers has joined Loup as a Line Technician based out of the Columbus Service Center.
Borchers is a member of the crew that is responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution systems in the Columbus area.
He is a graduate of Scotus Central Catholic High School and earned an associate degree in utility line from Northeast Community College.
