Joe Donnelly has joined Loup Power District as Maintenance Technician at the Genoa Headworks.
In his new role, Donnelly is responsible for maintaining district parks, facilities, and equipment. He will also assist the Dredge/Maintenance Canal Technicians and serve on the dredge during the dredging season.
Donnelly is a graduate of Genoa High School.
Joe and his wife, Krystal, have two kids: Jocelyn, 18, and Jacob, 11.
