Joyce Guenther has retired from Loup Power District after more than 23 years of service.
Guenther joined Loup in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at the Columbus General Office. She was promoted to Lead Customer Service Representative in 2015 and to Customer Billing Coordinator in 2017.
Guenther’s responsibilities included reviewing and processing all of the District’s billings; coordinating readings, billings, and delinquencies; reconciling District meter inventory; and assisting staff and customers with inquiries.
Guenther is a graduate of Schuyler Central High School. She and her husband, Larry, are the parents of two children, Casey and Dylan. They have two grandchildren.
